World over, changes in governments, policies, ideologies are inevitable, even desirable, and the only way to deal with the uncertainties of this constant change is to protect ourselves by anticipating the changes as well as we can.

“organisms which survive do not seek out new environments but are able to maintain their old way of life in new environments because of whatever adaptive advantage they enjoy.”


‘though people will be born, live and die without planning’, the goals to give every human being a decent life is not possible without planning.
